Each of us comes with our own unique experiences that have brought us to where each of us are in life right now. As we uncover the next sutras, we will awaken our awareness of what is happening within all of us & understand how each of us operate internally.

The study of Patañjali’s YogaSutra is an ever evolving study. Experience is the platform for the messages of the Yoga Sutra. As your experiences change, messages that may not have been clear in the past, might take on new meaning. In these group settings, the experience of others may trigger a deeper lesson or learning curve.

All levels are welcome. If you have studied Patañjali’s YogaSutra before, we welcome you back to continue a even deeper view at some of the most powerful texts of yoga.

Please bring something comfortable for sitting & dress to adjust for comfortable temperature if needed.
